Dress Code: Formal Attire
Grades K – 6
2:45-3:00 – Student drop off
3:00-5:00 – Classroom Instruction (Grades K-6)
5:00-5:30 – Family Picnic Outside K-6 (Parents must attend picnic & mass with their children)
5:30 – Attendance in your classroom
5:40 – Begin seating in gym
6:00 – Mass (Parents sit separately, students sit with their classes)
7:00 – Students in K-3 dismissed right after communion
– Students in grades 4-6 head out during the closing song
7:30 – Students grades 4-8 walk back to classrooms
7:45 – Parents pick up students from classrooms
8:00 – Teacher dismissal time

Middle School Schedule
12:15 – 12:25 Drop off on Community Street (Firelane)
12:25 – 12:30 Teachers Pick Up to Walk Students to Class
12:30 – 12:35 Homeroom Attendance & Prayer
12:35 – 1:40 Block 4 (65 min)
1:40 – 1:55 Recess
2:00 – 3:00 Block 3 (60 min)
3:00 – 4:00 Block 2 (60 min)
4:00 – 4:35 Dinner
4:40 – 5:45 Block 1 (65 min)
5:45 – 6:00 Homeroom – Attendance and Head to Gym
5:45PM Middle school parents park in the HS basketball courts for easier pick up – Gate Opens on Community Street at 5:45 – parents must show placard to gain entrance.
6:00 – 7:45 MASS
7:45 – 8:00pm Dismissal – (Students MUST check-out with teachers)
